POSITION TITLE :    GFEBS Coordinator

 

 

Essential Duties and responsibilities

The Contractor shall designate a GFEBS Coordinator who shall have the experience necessary in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a military installation. The name of the GFEBS Coordinator shall be provided by the Contractor to the KO or designated Government representative/COR. The GFEBS Coordinator shall be available during normal duty hours, Monday through Friday, except German holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons. The GFEBS Coordinator shall have necessary roles in GFEBS to fulfil contract requirements. The Contractor shall submit to the KO resume and organization chart (to include contact info) for initial appointment 30 calendar days after BPA award, for initial appointment and replacements thereafter, immediately after replacement has been identified.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE requirements

  • Valid Trades License / Certification
  • Must be able to speak English or German
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent.                         
  • Minimum one year of experience specifically dealing with Property, Plant and Equipment, Business Intelligence or as required

 

IMPORTANT

  • This role is in Stuttgart, Germany.
  • Reporting to the respective Program Manager.
  • This is a full time role, working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, with weekends and overtime as necessary.
  • Individual is responsible for their own Accommodation, Food and Travel.
