Manage day-to-day IT change management activities for NATO HQ in CSU Brussels
Review incoming Request for Change (RfC) Tickets
Query & Collect missing RfC information
Communicate with change coordinators on open changes during RfC lifecycle
Follow-up Changes in progress and report in daily NETOPS meetings
Update the RfC tickets accordingly in the toolset.
Coordinate with the Enterprise Approved Service Interruption (ASI) Team on ASIs affecting NATO HQ.
Prepare the co-chaired weekly NHQ CIS CAB
Prepare individual changes for the CAB
Prepare CAB documentation set
Co-chair the CAB with Head of the CSU
Present the changes during the CAB
Create & Distribute the meeting minutes of the CAB
Prepare info and statistics for weekly status meeting
Liaise with other Change Managers in the Enterprise to coordinate change approvals
Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
Able to execute Change Management on a set of large, complex and interconnected networks in a highly secured environment
Demonstrate experience of autonomously performing change management in environments with more than 2.000 users and 3.000 end user devices
Excellent knowledge of Change Management Module in BMC Remedy and able to handle different classes of change types in the toolset.
Excellent knowledge of ITIL V3 Change Management Process or ITIL V4 Change Enablement
Open personality able to make contact at all levels in the organisation
Drafting minutes, reports and statistics
Must be highly structured and organized
